​​​The star of the Foundations Club is our Habit Tracker. Each month, you’ll receive a pre-filled, dynamic tracker with 10 carefully selected action items—one for each foundation of health. These actions are simple, realistic, and achievable, so you can stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. Each month's habits build on the last, gradually advancing in complexity as you master the basics and grow into more advanced practices, ensuring a sustainable and progressive wellness journey.

As you complete your daily goals, the tracker will automatically generate a personalized consistency report, highlighting your top 5 habits -- showing where you're excelling, and where to focus next.
